So the Vault of Comics and Toys has become like a second home to me. A place I can go and get my geek on. I was there to help get things in order, here is a picture of the shop before it became the mammoth force in comics and games that it is today.

Robert Freakin' Kirkman

Recently I have been leaning towards the creator owned area of books in the world. One man in particular is leading the way when it comes to creator owned work, and his name is Robert Kirkman.

I was always into The Walking Dead, but only recently was I awoken to the great book Invincible that Mr Kirkman writes every month.

If you are reading this, and are a fan of comics, please look into the work of Robert Kirkman, and all the creator owned books out there. For every Secret Invasion there are 10 people trying to make it on their own.
